About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor supporting Cash Vault Services within Consumer, Small & Business Banking Operations (CSBBO) . For additional information on lines of business, refer to the external Careers Site at www.wellsfargojobs.com In this role, you will: File, photocopy, and answer phones Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Receive, log, batch, and distribute work Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles Work under close supervision following established procedures Location: 1305 W. W T Harris Blvd., Charlotte, NC 100% on-site at stated location Relocation assistance is not available for this position Shift: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET; Monday – Friday Shift is subject to change based on business needs and may include additional hours, weekends, or holidays

Requirements

  • 6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed or scheduled
  • Adhere to standards outlined with written policy as well as applicable State and Federal regulations
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Willingness to work 100% on-site at stated location on the job opening
