About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor for the Foreign Bank Notes (Vault) Team within the Wholesale Lending Operations Division. This role involves processing and reconciling foreign bank note transactions in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

Requirements

• 6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education

Nice To Haves

• Cash vault or cash handling experience
• 10-Key proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge and understanding of foreign currency

• Process incoming and outgoing foreign bank note transactions
• Balance and reconcile foreign bank note transactions
• Work in a highly productive, fast-paced environment
• Receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
• Follow established procedures in a dual controlled environment
