The Document Control department within Operational Services performs a variety of first touch functions for clients, financial advisors, and internal business partners. Functions include intake of incoming documents and routing client requests from all entry channels to the proper workflows for our downstream partners to process. Document Control is also responsible for several ancillary functions such as processing client records requests and return mail. This Associate role will focus on the following: Support centralized document intake by 1) classifying, transcribing and indexing incoming client documents for routing to Operations processing workflows and 2) completing OCR validation/quality assurance tasks. Fulfilling client requests for duplicate archived records stored on a variety of media including physical, electronic and microfilm records. Utilize critical thinking to research misrouted documents and route to the appropriate processing workflow or business partner.

  • Support centralized document intake by classifying, transcribing and indexing incoming client documents for routing to Operations processing workflows.
