About The Position
The Associate Operations Director, Clinic/Center Administration plans and directs the work of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting. The Associate Director, Clinic/Center Administration requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s). The Associate Operations Director, Clinic/Center Administration is responsible for developing and leading the implementation of strategic staffing plans, operational policies, and standardized procedures across assigned clinics. This role works in close collaboration with physician leaders and clinical teams to ensure operational excellence and optimal patient outcomes in a value-based care environment. The Associate Director identifies and resolves complex technical and operational challenges, implements performance improvement initiatives and ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. This position may oversee multiple clinic managers, and/or highly specialized professional staff, and plays a key role in driving culture, consistency, and performance across the market.
