Requirements
- BSN (Bachelor’s in Nursing)
- 3+ years of patient care experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Experience in Surgical Services & Perioperative (OR)
- Active Oregon RN License (required at hire)
- BLS Certification
- Patient Safety

Responsibilities
- Manage daily OR operations, staffing, and resource allocation
- Supervise and develop nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with patient safety and regulatory standards
- Address patient concerns and improve care processes
- Support budgeting, reporting, and performance improvement initiatives
