Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will support plant operations by managing the timely, cost‑effective, and compliant procurement of maintenance spare parts, operating supplies, and services that ensure maintenance reliability and inventory accuracy across the facility. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Process daily purchase orders for indirect and maintenance, repair, and operations materials. Convert requisitions to purchase orders and ensure accurate pricing, quantities, and delivery dates. Monitor the procure‑to-pay workflow, including vendor acknowledgments and invoice resolution. Expedite late or incorrect deliveries and respond to material requirements planning exception messages. Maintain purchase information records, source lists, and material requirements planning master data. Support material creation and updates through PiLog. Generate reports for past‑due and unacknowledged purchase orders. Request quotes, perform purchasing card reconciliation, and resolve goods receipt and invoice variances. Assist with cycle counts and support management of obsolete or excess inventory. Communicate material issues and shortages with suppliers and internal teams. Ingredients Required for Your Success High school diploma or GED. 1+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or maintenance operations. Familiarity with SAP transactions including MD07, MD04, ME5, and ME21N. Experience in indirect purchasing or maintenance, repair, and operations procurement within a manufacturing environment preferred. Understanding of material requirements planning principles and inventory management. Strong attention to detail and disciplined data accuracy. Capacity to prioritize and process daily purchasing needs in a fast‑paced environment. Clear communication with suppliers and internal teams. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
