We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate to join our Middle Office. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, Florida (4 days office expectation). In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Requirements

• High school/secondary school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 2-3 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in accounting support or the mutual fund industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of processes and procedures to confirm findings and ensure compliance with internal and client procedures, processing timelines, and FCC regulations.
• Ability to provide guidance to less experienced Middle Office support staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide accounting and trading support activities for funds of higher complexity.
• Perform reviews of more complex documents processed across the Bank to confirm compliance with established processes and procedures.
• Review work of more junior colleagues and provide technical assistance on complex matters.
• Track fund data and trades, maintain records of high complexity in accordance with department policies and procedures, and prepare system-generated reports or templates consisting of multiple or advanced data sets.
