This position will report to the Advanced Concept Programs (ACP) team within the Space Protection Program (SPP) portfolio. We will assemble a team of analysts to oversee multiple contracts. The ideal candidate will need to understand contract requirements, establish and manage the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), analyze actual costs, develop Estimates at Complete (EAC), conduct Earned Value Management analysis (PPMD-02), prepare financial contract deliverables, and support program management reviews as needed. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for developing, training, and mentoring junior analysts.

Requirements

  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to train and mentor junior analysts
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)/ PPMD-02 guidelines and processes or COBRA or any other cost management systems
  • Ability to with Microsoft Office Applications like Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Government financial reporting requirements
  • Experience with PPMD-01
  • Familiar with IMS cost and schedule integration
  • Experience in developing program baselines and estimates to complete
  • Strong Excel working knowledge
  • Top Secret Clearance
