Requirements
- The position requires a minimum of an Associate Degree or equivalent experience in a technical field. Courses in chemistry, metallurgy, and Heat Treatment are preferred.
- Two to Three (3) years experience in engineering or a manufacturing environment.
- Must have the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- The analysis includes, but is not limited to: cleanliness rating, carbide rating, grain size rating, retained austenite measurement, residual stress measurement, hardness measurement and macro etch.
- Computer programming as it pertains to lab efficiency improvements, skills in MS Access, Word, Excel and Visual Basic.
- Maintaining lab cleanliness, reordering supplies, and maintaining lab samples and lab records.
