About The Position
As an Associate on DoorDash's Merchant Strategy & Operations (S&O) team, you will drive impact by improving platform reliability & scalability, and improving merchants' experience. You will solve problems by digging into details, executing quickly in the face of ambiguity, and building strong cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution that shape the success of Merchants on our platform and the direction of DoorDash's core business, with a focus on existing Merchant success and solving high pain and high-impact problems. On the Merchant team, you'll get to the lowest level of detail by partnering with our Engineering, Product, Sales, and Finance teams. You will also analyze our data to develop hypotheses for new ways to achieve your goals. You'll test these hypotheses in the market and refine your approach to develop best-in-world solutions. And, you'll also make sure to capture the Merchant voice in everything we do.
