The Associate Merchandiser, Omnichannel supports the Sr. Merchandising Manager in executing the merchandising strategy across Rawlings’ direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels—including brand websites, Brand Stores, D-BAT Pro Shops, and Mobile Hit Labs. This role will assist in managing assortments, analyzing performance, optimizing inventory, and ensuring strong product presentation across all retail touchpoints. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about delivering a best-in-class consumer experience across both physical and digital channels.
