As an associate mental health counselor, you will maintain an active caseload of students with counseling needs and documented disabilities. You will consult with various internal departments, assist with outreach and psychoeducational program development, and perform crisis intervention with students as assigned, including on-call duties. Among other duties you will provide students with community referrals as needed and promptly document student contact in Titanium. Responsibilities include participation in quarterly student orientation, maintenance of a personal schedule that aligns with the mast schedule in Titanium, and participation in departmental performance improvement initiatives. You will also inform your supervisor of staff development needs, prepare your own PRs for approval, and provide clinical supervision to trainees.   • Independent licensure or the ability to obtain licensure within three years

  • At least three years of post-licensure experience
  • Experience working with diverse clients
