About The Position
Associate Medical Claims Representative Objective To provide efficient investigation, evaluation and negotiation of Michigan No-Fault and Michigan Assigned Claims Plan claims.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in an insurance, medical and/or customer service related field required.
- Must possess a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred.
- Designation in claims insurance preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and control the disposition of all assigned Michigan No-Fault/Workers' Disability Compensation claims.
- Work with computer systems keying functions, including but not limited to letter composition, log entry, dairy entry, report of investigation composition and draft production.
- Read and apply policy of Michigan No-Fault/WC acts as written.
