ADI is looking for a Front-End Factory (Fab) Mechatronics Associate engineer to support the ADI fabs in Oregon, Washington, Massachusetts, and Ireland. Job Description: Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to: Partner with the Equipment, and Facilities Engineering and IT teams to identify, source, and implement viable options for Silicon Wafer transport: Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS) Pick/Place Robots Process Tool Tending Robots/Cobots Sets high standards for themselves- acts a role model and helps to shape a positive culture in the organization Provide clear/concise communication to stakeholders up, down, and laterally across the organization

Requirements

  • Proficiency in CAD software such as Autocad, Solidworks, Sketchup, etc.
  • Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Machine Vision.
  • Working knowledge of a programming language (e.g. C#, Java, Python etc.)
  • Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated work history showing good logic, data analysis, and project management skills.
  • Solid track record of execution and delivering results.

Nice To Haves

  • Wafer handling troubleshooting experience with semiconductor front-end tools from major OEMs: Applied Materials, TEL, ASML, LAM, Nikon, ASM, Axcelis, DNS, Hitachi, Ulvac, etc.
  • Robotic and cobotic troubleshooting design/troubleshooting experience.
