Associate, Material Master
About The Position
Advise management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that materials are provided as needed to achieve milestone completions. Coordinate the production and/or purchase of components to support the master production schedule, shop work load and inventory requirements. Utilize prior experience to identify risks and opportunities regarding material availability to ensure success of the production plan and maintain finish date integrity. Must track multiple projects with varying complexity to completion with limited supervision assistance. Communicate status and needs with cross functional teams including various internal and external customers (i.e. quality assurance, manufacturing, procurement, engineering, inventory control, etc.) Schedule and expedite the movement of parts by means of move orders; stock transfers and requests for shipping orders.
Requirements
- To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
