About The Position

DoorDash is looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate to help grow DashPass, DoorDash’s subscription business. We are seeking someone to join our team who can generate insights, conceptualize & test new products, and implement experiences that will reach millions of people around the world. DashPass is one of DoorDash’s fastest growing & largest products, meaning you’ll have the opportunity to make a big impact on the company at large. As a Associate on the DashPass S&O team, you will own the ideation and execution of key strategic initiatives to drive DashPass adoption and long-term growth. The role will focus specifically on optimizing our acquisition funnel, driving strategic growth actions, and developing our go-to-market strategy for key occasions & seasonal moments.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in operations, technology, consulting, business development, banking, analytics, marketing, high-growth or early-stage startup or related experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong cross-functional skills with experience in projects spanning multiple teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sound acquisition strategies using customer-first thinking.
  • Identify emerging trends, determine when to scale, and know when to pivot.
  • Own and operationalize data-driven experiments across promotional campaigns and in-app creative assets.
  • Assess the operational and financial impacts of initiatives using insights to iterate.
  • Partner with teams across Marketing, Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Finance to execute plans.
