The Associate Marketing Planning Manager serves as a key contributor & strategic advisor to the Consumer Deposit Products and Payments (CDPP) with a focus on Go-to-Market, Savings/CDs, Customer Onboarding & Servicing initiatives. The associate supports the development of marketing strategies that bring new banking products, services, and features to market. Additionally, in this role the associate is responsible for supporting customer engagement pod work - overseeing campaign builds, execution, and deployments, while ensuring alignment with established procedures and controls. The associate manager actively participates in agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews to highlight key accomplishments and quarterly PI planning sessions to gain alignment on upcoming priorities while ensuring pod capacity. The Associate Marketing Planning Manager is accountable for the campaign oversight and project management for multiple products or overall segment. As a driver of moderate to complex projects, the Associate Marketing Planner Manager works independently to apply best practices to implement process, product, and service improvements that impact the business strategy and planning, as well as ensures that the TD brand is protected and delivered in the customer experience.

  • Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years relevant experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines, strategy development, consulting principles, lines of businesses supported, banking industry, and product/customer markets.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends.
  • Ability to manage a budget and work within the constraints of that budget.
  • Ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program/project activities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
  • Skill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques.
  • Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, agile/pod-based work environment.
  • Experience developing strategic campaigns that drive adoption, usage, and retention.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, team-oriented mindset with interest in connecting customers with meaningful financial solutions.
