In this role, you will be responsible for performing business analysis, leading breakthrough commercial innovation, supporting business health, and enabling strategic plan execution. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in a professional environment, with at least one year of CPG brand management or related field preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or Masters is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform business analysis leveraging syndicated data and custom research to drive understanding of business health and provide recommendations.
  • Lead breakthrough commercial innovation by coordinating package and product improvements that enhance the brand's proposition.
  • Support business health by managing A&SP and packaging budgets for the BU marketing team.
  • Enable strategic plan execution by helping execute initiatives tied to the three-year consumer-led growth plan in conjunction with Brand Manager/Associate Director.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture that supports a purpose-driven culture embracing IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and allyship).
