Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs to facilitate targeted, strategic marketing plans.
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment of communications and messaging.
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, and provide sales support.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
  • Monitor current trends to develop effective outbound and inbound marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop audience-specific campaigns.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.
  • Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for advertising and public-facing communications.
  • Analyze ongoing marketing campaigns and assess their key performance indicators.
  • Create detailed performance reports on lead generation, site traffic, and other important metrics.
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies and increase customer conversions.
  • Support the development and growth of the marketing department and participate in hiring and training new team members.
  • Manage departmental financials and collaborate with leadership to develop marketing budgets.
