The Associate Campaign Manager of Customer Marketing supports the development and execution of marketing campaigns for assigned sports and customer segments, including Club and Institutional markets. This role will be critical to supporting one of BSN SPORTS’ priority growth initiatives: expanding our reach in the Club market and building the Club Direct brand. Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager, this role plays a key executional and coordination role in bringing segment marketing strategies to life. The Associate Campaign Manager helps translate business priorities into clear creative briefs, manages campaign workflows, and supports omnichannel campaign deployment to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a highly organized, digitally fluent marketer who thrives in execution and is eager to grow into broader strategic ownership over time. The position provides strong exposure to cross-functional collaboration, performance marketing, and customer segmentation strategy.
