About The Position

The Associate Campaign Manager of Customer Marketing supports the development and execution of marketing campaigns for assigned sports and customer segments, including Club and Institutional markets. This role will be critical to supporting one of BSN SPORTS’ priority growth initiatives: expanding our reach in the Club market and building the Club Direct brand. Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager, this role plays a key executional and coordination role in bringing segment marketing strategies to life. The Associate Campaign Manager helps translate business priorities into clear creative briefs, manages campaign workflows, and supports omnichannel campaign deployment to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a highly organized, digitally fluent marketer who thrives in execution and is eager to grow into broader strategic ownership over time. The position provides strong exposure to cross-functional collaboration, performance marketing, and customer segmentation strategy.

Requirements

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with familiarity reviewing campaign performance metrics.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital channels and omnichannel campaign execution.
  • Understanding of messaging hierarchy and its impact on campaign performance.
  • Interest in using performance insights to refine creative strategy.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, customer marketing, or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
  • Experience using marketing and collaboration tools such as Asana, Miro, Figma, CMS platforms, or similar.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in D2C, eCommerce, retail, apparel, or sports marketing.
  • Experience working in a product-driven or merchandising-focused environment.
  • Experience working with external agencies or contract partners.

Responsibilities

  • Customer & Segment Marketing Support
  • Support marketing initiatives focused on growing the Club market and strengthening the Club Direct brand.
  • Support development of annual and seasonal marketing plans for assigned sports within the customer segment.
  • Build working knowledge of customer journeys, segment priorities, and seasonal business drivers.
  • Contribute insights from campaign results, customer feedback, and market trends to inform future planning and optimize campaigns.
  • Partner with Category Management, Sales and Merchandising to ensure campaigns align with product priorities and promotional initiatives.
  • Develop subject-matter familiarity within assigned sports to strengthen marketing recommendations.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Manage execution of assigned campaigns within the broader strategy established by the Sr. Marketing Manager.
  • Support maintenance of the 12-month marketing calendar across customer segments and sports, ensuring deadlines and deliverables stay on track.
  • Develop clear and actionable creative briefs aligned to campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional partners—including Creative, Copy, Merchandising, Digital, Sales, Category Management, and Analytics—to ensure campaigns launch on time and with accurate messaging.
  • Support lead generation campaigns and related campaign assets across teams.
  • Creative Development & Collaboration
  • Lead day-to-day communication with Creative and Copy teams to support asset development.
  • Consolidate stakeholder feedback into clear, actionable direction.
  • Ensure creative assets align with brand standards, messaging hierarchy, and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate on campaign photoshoots and asset planning as needed.
  • Campaign Performance & Optimization
  • Partner with Analytics to review campaign performance and understand drivers of engagement and conversion.
  • Assist in A/B testing initiatives and performance reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and support implementation of improvements.
  • Apply campaign learnings to strengthen future marketing execution.
  • Marketing Campaign & Workflow Management
  • Use Asana and other collaboration tools to manage timelines, tasks, and approval workflows.
  • Maintain organized documentation of briefs, assets, and campaign deliverables.
  • Proactively communicate timeline risks or roadblocks to the Sr. Marketing Manager.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency across Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising teams.
