The Associate Marketing Manager, New Studio Openings plays a critical role in bringing new studio launches to life by coordinating cross-functional workstreams and ensuring each opening is supported by a thoughtful, integrated marketing strategy. Working closely with the Marketing Operations Manager and Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager, this role serves as a key connector across marketing, creative, operations, studio leadership, sales, real estate, and external partners to keep marketing timelines and creative deliverables on track, support brand awareness and lead generation efforts, and deliver a consistent brand experience from pre-opening through launch. With a hybrid focus on project management and marketing execution, this role manages calendars, aligns stakeholders, and helps execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, paid, in-studio, and event touchpoints. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple openings, tasks, and shifting timelines simultaneously in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
