The Associate Marketing Manager, Professional Education will lead the development and execution of high-impact healthcare professional (HCP) educational programs across digital channels and live education events. This position will work in strong collaboration with partners in Medical Affairs, Events, Global Marketing Excellence (GME), as well as external key opinion leaders (KOLs) and faculty. Responsibilities include creating engaging content for live and digital educational programs (i.e. webinars, eLearning, and speaker programs) while defining KPIs and ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. Strong collaboration, communication, and detail-orientation, as well as an understanding of adult learning principles are essential to success in this role. This position will report within the U.S. Marketing organization with integrated partnership with Medical Affairs.
