Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first As an Associate Data Scientist, Pharmacy Marketing Analytics, you’ll support advanced data analysis efforts that inform marketing strategies and operational decisions across Humana’s CenterWell pharmacy business. You’ll help uncover insights that improve member engagement, optimize campaigns, build predictive models and enhance pharmacy services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and wants to make a meaningful impact in healthcare.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in applying data science or advanced analytics in marketing or healthcare
  • Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience with SQL, R, Python
  • Experience and exposure to predictive modeling techniques (regressions, decision trees etc.)
  • Only candidates with Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency in the U.S. will be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with causal inference techniques (propensity score matching, synthetic controls, DID etc.)
  • Familiarity with segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Familiarity with Databricks

Responsibilities

  • Analyze campaign performance and member engagement within pharmacy programs
  • Leverage reports and dashboards to track KPIs, insights and trends
  • Support data validation and ensure accuracy across datasets
  • Collaborate with pharmacy, marketing, and analytics teams to translate business needs into data solutions
  • Document methodologies and maintain data sources for repeatable analysis
  • Design and evaluate experiments (A/B, multivariate, causal inference)
  • Develop predictive models to optimize targeting and retention
  • Managing multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
