About The Position
We are looking for an Assistant Market Head to act as a deputy to the Market Head in the daily management of the Market. This role involves developing a structured coaching program for financial advisors, helping them identify and achieve their growth needs. The Assistant Market Head will run regular sales meetings, assist with implementing growth initiatives, evaluate progress, and create action plans to address underperformance. Additionally, the role includes managing and resolving escalated issues related to financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational, and HR governance risks. The Assistant Market Head will also assist with selecting, hiring, and onboarding financial advisors and oversee the conversion of those transitioning. Furthermore, this position requires serving as a financial advisor to personal clients while managing market responsibilities.
