About The Position

The Associate Manufacturing Technician is responsible for executing various manufacturing lab functions in a controlled environment. This includes operating robotic equipment, performing image reviews, loading and unloading equipment, and packaging products. The role emphasizes teamwork and individual contributions to ensure efficient task completion.

Requirements

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to understand and carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Proficiency in communicating status updates to Leads and Supervisors.
• At least 1-2 years related experience in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• A college degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily production schedule for changeovers, reviews, or packaging using manual and automated processes.
• Follow standard operating procedures and good document practices.
• Work as an individual and as a team member to ensure all assigned tasks are completed on a daily basis.
• Understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Communicate status updates to department Leads and Supervisors.
• May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
