As an Associate, Manufacturing & Technical Operations Training (Training Coordinator) supporting the production team, you will be responsible for developing and executing complex/high-level training systems for manufacturing and distribution environments. Responsible for creation and delivery of train-the-trainer materials in addition to traditional training delivery. Collaborating with corporate, external, and internal cross-company functions to perform regulatory audits and resulting needs assessments. In addition, collaborating with manufacturing and engineering to pursue continuous process improvement in Houston, TX.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
  • 3 Years of Relevant Experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain complex/high-level training systems, including the creation of material, as well as ongoing maintenance of content.
  • Creation/editing/producing of executive-level presentations and FDA regulations.
  • Creation and delivery of Train-the-Trainer workshops.
  • Traditional delivery of created content to target audience.
  • Audio/Visual technical support for presentations.
  • Update materials per regulations and proctor qualifications and related examinations.
  • Maintain Departmental Training Metrics by tracking Training Compliance via the learning management system.
  • Partner with internal and external resources to identify and develop strategies to address regulatory and compliance needs.
  • Work from corporate-level mandates to identify organization-wide training and development needs.
  • Liaison between trainee and external training resource: Scheduling and coordination of curriculum, coaching and guidance of trainees.
  • Administrative functions such as payroll and meeting coordination and facilitation activities as needed.
  • Actively pursue continuous process improvement, action reviews, trending analysis by providing effective problem identification and solution using statistical data, proven troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Raw material checks, and general cleanliness.
  • Follow the escalation policy for any equipment related issues in a timely manner, address any HR policy violations and escalate to management immediately.
