About The Position

The Associate Manufacturing Product Manager II is responsible for managing a product line or segment within the company, supporting product and portfolio activities. This role involves technical and business leadership, assisting senior product managers, and optimizing product performance through analysis of market share and profitability. The position requires a strong understanding of regional markets and product requirements, as well as collaboration with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure successful product management and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (MBA desired) and 4 years of BAS or HVAC related experience in product or program management, marketing, or sales.
• Demonstrable business management skills in a product management environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of field and business practices relating to identified products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Internet software.
• Ability to introduce creative tools for effective interaction with the field.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in HVAC or BAS product management is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Track revenue, costs, profitability, and other Key Performance Indicators of assigned products.
• Review and report regional market growth and product volume projections.
• Support preparation of financial plans and forecasts for business planning.
• Provide sales support and develop customer collateral for product lines.
• Support core positioning and messaging for product lines consistent with overall strategy.
• Assist in maintaining product roadmaps and identifying competitive positioning opportunities.
• Support pricing analysis and cost management for products.
• Assist in developing product requirements for extensions, enhancements, or new developments.
• Support field sales with application questions and special projects as needed.
