About The Position

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required due to the need for bank trips and managing multiple stores.
• A year of experience in the storage rental industry is preferred, but experience in customer service management is also acceptable.
• Availability for business hours from Monday to Saturday, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary for handling various office tasks.
• Ability to perform physical activities, including lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing, pulling, bending, and regular walking around the property.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by helping customers understand products and services, following up with potential clients, and executing lease agreements.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing complaints, and maintaining clear communication with other departments.
• Maintain and clean storage units and the property to ensure a pleasant environment for customers and staff.
• Perform daily property inspections to ensure everything is functioning properly and coordinate with vendors for repairs as needed.
• Handle cash deposits at the bank and manage paperwork related to tenant accounts and property operations.
