About The Position

This role supports Content Operations by building and optimizing workflow tools that improve efficiency, enhance data visibility, and reduce manual processes across content initiatives. The position focuses on developing scalable systems, maintaining shared datasets, supporting scheduling and resource tracking, and delivering clear reporting that informs operational decisions.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for structured data management and reporting.
• Strong understanding of workflow optimization and operational process design.
• Experience working with datasets, including data cleaning and validation.
• Ability to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Experience building or supporting ETL processes (data extraction, transformation, and loading).
• Working knowledge of APIs, JSON objects, and structured data feeds.
• Experience with Google Apps Script, Python, JavaScript, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with media workflows, scheduling systems, or high-volume content environments.
• Strong understanding of the NBA landscape and general basketball knowledge.
