The Associate Manager has the primary responsibility to support management in achieving Budgeted Net Sales for their respective store, provide an exceptional customer experience and embrace the brand positioning. All management should uphold the Company Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities. This is achieved through the following: Deliver an exceptional customer experience Protect the assets of the store Provide clear and concise communication skills with Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, peers and store team.
