The position involves coordinating with country and group teams to ensure regulatory metrics are maintained for stress testing consumption. The candidate will be responsible for delivering required data and managing change requests efficiently. The role includes supporting various countries with ad-hoc data queries related to regulatory stress tests and facilitating the onboarding of new countries onto the STHS platform. The candidate will also be involved in data sourcing, maintenance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Coordinate with country & group teams to ensure regulatory metrics are intact for stress testing.
  • Gather data requirements from on-boarded countries and GROUP for the STHS platform.
  • Coordinate requirements with the Technology team and ensure alignment from BRD to DRD.
  • Perform data acceptance testing and UAT support with country teams.
  • Support BAU ad-hoc data queries from various countries.
  • Facilitate trainings/workshops for new countries onboarding.
  • Suggest data solutions to meet countries' data requirements.
  • Conduct thorough validation and data quality checks.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to address urgent and strategic Finance management needs.
  • Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks related to Data Quality.
  • 10+ years of experience in the Risk domain.
  • Strong knowledge in Risk metrics (RWA, EAD, EL, LGD, etc.).
  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills with attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience in handling Finance data and best practices in data management.
  • Extensive knowledge in SAS, Excel Automation, and TABLEAU.
  • Exposure to advanced machine learning methodologies.
  • Experience in Financial & Management reporting.
  • Working knowledge of the Group's businesses and governance structure.
  • Experience in Agile framework.
