About The Position

This role supports sales performance by providing real-time coaching and guidance to virtual retail sales associates. It involves conducting side-by-side sessions to improve employee interactions and managing customer escalations. The role differentiates itself by combining direct coaching with recognition efforts and quality review follow-ups. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Windows (Required)
  • Customer Service (Required)
  • Microsoft Office (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year customer service experience (Preferred)
  • 1 year sales experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time coaching and conduct side-by-side sessions to improve sales associate performance and customer interactions
  • Support leadership by assisting in coaching sessions, onboarding new hires, and developing action plans for associate growth
  • Maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and promotions to ensure accurate guidance and training compliance
  • Manage customer escalations and recognize associate achievements to maintain service quality and motivation
  • Assist in call listening and customer support to mentor associates and enhance expertise
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
