About The Position

The Associate Manager, Transformation Office plays a critical role in Fortune Brands Innovations’ enterprise transformation efforts. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of top-tier management consulting or 5+ years of total work experience in strategy or other relevant roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams independently and the ability to effectively present to senior management and business partners.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; demonstrated skills and experience to thrive in an execution-driven organization.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn and grow within a strategic function.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to help implement strategic initiatives.
  • Own project management, including facilitating meetings, tracking progress and driving project completion.
  • Synthesize data and insights into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership.
  • Support the development of programs to build expertise in strategy, analytics, and transformation methodologies.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and internal benchmarking in support of FBIN’s enterprise transformation agenda.
  • Build financial models and prepare business cases to evaluate strategic options and quantify potential impact.
  • Monitor the performance of strategic initiatives and develop dashboards to track KPIs and value realization.
