Sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, databases, etc.) Screening resumes and conducting initial outreach Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring teams Maintaining candidate data and status updates in our applicant tracking system (Oracle) Assisting with job postings and keeping listings up to date Supporting recruiters and hiring managers with administrative tasks as needed Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
