About The Position

Requirements

  • Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
  • Ability to carry 35 lbs.
  • 21+ years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Coach partners by assessing performance and providing constructive feedback.
  • Implement and communicate plans to meet operational and organizational objectives.
  • Scan and assess the store environment to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with store managers to develop strategic and operational plans for the store team.
  • Manage business operations in assigned operational zones and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
  • Communicate effectively with the store leadership team about operational observations and challenges.
