We are looking for an Associate Manager, Sales to join our Solenis Industrial Water Treatment team based in Kansas! Overview We’re looking for a collaborative and customer-focused Sales Professional to help grow our presence in the state of Kansas. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships, uncover new opportunities, and share the value of Solenis’ solutions with both new and existing customers. You’ll manage a diverse book of business and work toward meaningful, achievable growth goals. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with others, understanding customer needs, and developing thoughtful plans that support both customer success and company objectives.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant sales or account management experience (industrial/chemical experience is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • A relationship-centered approach with the ability to listen, understand needs, and provide solutions.
  • Experience managing a territory and developing new opportunities.
  • Comfort working in Salesforce (SFDC) and maintaining an organized funnel.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
  • A commitment to safety, integrity, and customer partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement thoughtful sales programs that support organizational goals and strengthen customer partnerships.
  • Develop annual business plans and strategies that help your territory grow sustainably.
  • Engage new customers and introduce new applications, using value-focused conversations and clear ROI support.
  • Maintain a well-organized and accurate sales funnel in SFDC to help guide planning and forecasting.
  • Support healthy account management including pump settings, pricing, and accounts receivable.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (Corporate Accounts, Regional Marketing, Pricing, Applications) to align on customer needs and market insights.
  • Promote a safe and continuous-improvement mindset when reviewing processes and applications.
  • Foster strong customer relationships to encourage long-term satisfaction, retention, and growth.
