Join Yum! Brands as the Associate Manager, Risk Management, where you'll play a key part in supporting our global risk management function. In this role, you will coordinate annual risk allocation planning, support insurance renewals, and manage the company's Risk Management Information System. You'll collaborate cross-functionally and externally to deliver valuable insights, maintain compliance, and strengthen our overall risk management processes.

  • Coordinate Yum!'s annual global risk and insurance plan, analyzing exposure data to support renewals and cost allocation across divisions.
  • Prepare and deliver underwriting materials for insurance renewals, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Manage insurance governance activities, including audits, quarterly reporting, and preparation for advisory committee meetings.
  • Partner with Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions to assess critical supplier financial stability and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee administration of the Risk Management Information System, maintaining data integrity and creating reports that inform decisions.
  • Review contracts, provide insurance coverage recommendations, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement in risk management processes and vendor relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5 or more years of experience in risk management, insurance, or a related corporate function
  • Proficiency in data management, reporting, and presentation tools such as PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of property and casualty insurance programs, claims processes, and risk financing
  • Experience with Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS)
  • Familiarity with contract review and insurance compliance processes
  • Experience improving reporting or risk management procedures
