About The Position

The Associate Manager for the Dr. Dennis Gross Retail Marketing team at Shiseido Americas plays a crucial role in supporting the strategic planning and execution of marketing programs for key retail partners, particularly Sephora. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Beauty and skincare retail industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience with Sephora is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, internally and externally.
  • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, self-driven, team player, and motivated.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key retail partners, including Sephora US, Sephora Canada, and Sephora @ Kohl's.
  • Compile Sephora monthly meeting agendas and recaps.
  • Manage Sephora retail marketing calendars to track all activations and ensure updates reflect the latest information.
  • Maintain regular communication with Sephora to ensure timely delivery of external needs.
  • Manage new launch comps and lab samples.
  • Oversee and execute new product launch set-up including NPF/IIF, product attribute forms, and Ppage visual assets.
  • Pitch for participation in Sephora Favorites Kits and manage all related deliverables including product comps, intake forms, and assets.
  • Assist in VM execution and project management across Sephora US, Canada, and Kohl's.
  • Lead meetings with the VM Taskforce to ensure Sales team alignment with all changes.
  • Issue recaps for internal and external VM meetings.
  • Manage ad-hoc product and gratis requests from Sephora.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing, Creative, and Sales to create best-in-class event elements to support the field team.
  • Assist in ideation and execution of retailer market meetings.
  • Serve as marketing liaison between e-retailer accounts (Lovely Skin, Revolve, Dermstore, and FSA Store).
