About The Position

The Associate Manager, End to End (E2E) Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering projects through the full (E2E) New Product Development (NPD) process for the Pest Control business. In this role, you will lead cross‑functional teams from early concept through commercialization, ensuring every stage of the NPD process is executed with clarity, alignment, and discipline. You will guide teams through key milestones, making sure deliverables, success criteria, timing, and risk‑mitigation plans are well defined and achieved. This role is accountable for identifying process or principal deviations, driving timely trade‑off and escalation discussions, and leveraging our visual performance management tools to keep projects moving toward business goals. As an E2E Project Manager, you are the connector and the catalyst—driving project delivery from idea to shelf, enabling the organization to meet strategic commitments and bring innovative pest control solutions to consumers around the world.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience in development and commercialization of consumer product goods, or a Master’s degree with at least 3 years relevant work experience
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment

  • Direct experience using AI‑enabled project management tools for scheduling, timeline creation, risk assessment, stakeholder updates, and reporting.
  • Proven success leading new product launches, managing external manufacturing partners, and performing operational financial analyses.
  • Strong capability in technical problem‑solving using structured methods, including Design of Experiments (DOEs), to generate insights and support product claims.
