About The Position

Join the LFP Production team as an Associate Manager of Production, leading Supervisors in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve production goals, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement. Lead and develop a motivated production team Foster a safety and quality-focused culture Collaborate with engineering to enhance manufacturability and productivity Support root cause investigations and promote continuous improvement Develop supervisory team for professional growth Ensure consistent work practices and standardized procedures Tesla people leaders are responsible for a variety of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) assurance functions, including ensuring their teams’ safety training is current, documenting EHS incidents, proactively correcting workplace hazards in the areas, and empowering others to continuously improve operations Degree in Business, Technical discipline, or equivalent experience

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams in high-volume manufacturing environments
  • Proficiency in developing and managing performance metrics and data analysis
  • Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure
  • Technical proficiency with MS Office programs and familiarity with tools such as Flux, MES, MFS, Track, Wronk, Issue Tracker, Warp
  • Experience with LEAN manufacturing methodologies, production planning, financial management, and EHS compliance
