Stryker is seeking to hire an Associate Manager, Product Development to support Stryker's Joint Replacement division. This role is hybrid, located in Mahwah, New Jersey. Within our Joint Replacement division, the Associate Manager, Product Development will support our Hip Business Unit. You are responsible for projects that ensure business continuity on commercial products, improve value, and resolve any performance-related issues. You will provide technical guidance and direction to a team of R&D Engineers. This business-critical role requires close collaboration with Product Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Design Assurance, Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations to quickly and efficiently resolve post-launch technical issues that impact customer satisfaction, patient safety, and support growth and market expansion.
