About The Position

The purpose of this role is to lead a team of data analysts to support our client in data review, data management, and data visualization of all documentation related to manufacturing support. This individual must guide leaders and analysts to prioritize client support, team development, and operational excellence. Lead teams, schedules, and train employees in client environment Support development of tools focused on data management of client operations. Organize resources and staff to accomplish client goals and maximize productivity Capture and meet all quality and productivity metrics Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration Assist with business operations as needed Stays current with science and technology and consults knowledgeably with clients Ensures compliance with SOPs; reports any quality or other anomalies Support professional development of direct and indirect reports Coordinate and participate in candidate interviews Demonstrate and promote the company vision Continuous improvement of operational excellence Development of teambuilding strategies and initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, biology, chemistry, other science related degree concentration
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working in a GXP setting, preferably in data management
  • A combination of an advanced degree and equivalent experience is acceptable.
  • 3+ years leadership experience
  • A good understanding of day-to-day business operations
  • Demonstrate strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaboration
  • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, self-motivate, adapt, and comply with company policies
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with SQL, Excel, and Power automate preferred
  • Business Management education or experience preferred
