The Associate Manager, Performance Analytics, is a key member of the KFC Latin America & Caribbean (LA&C) team, responsible for driving data analytics, uncovering actionable insights, and providing strategic recommendations to franchisees across the region. This role focuses on optimizing digital and marketing initiatives by transforming data into meaningful insights that influence business outcomes and enhance collaboration with franchisees. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, franchisee-driven environment. Organization supported: KFC, Latin America & Caribbean Franchise Business Unit (1900+ restaurants). 40 countries, 80+ Franchise Partners. This position will be based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Travel required: 20% (International and domestic).
