About The Position

New Verticals is an exciting team at DoorDash that is building and scaling new ways to delight our customers beyond restaurant delivery. Our Catalog, Fulfillment and Logistics team has three major mandates to effectively onboard merchants, fulfill every order with speed & accuracy and improve our logistics network. We are able to do this by identifying efficiencies, building product toolings and launching operational processes at scale. You will own metrics, pull operational & product levers and drive impactful results across our Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail businesses.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, startups, or related fields.
• Completed Bachelor's Degree.
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical skills to extract and communicate insights from data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the scoping, go-to-market, and iteration of tech solutions to improve selection coverage across Convenience, Grocery, Alcohol, and Retail businesses.
• Analyze data to drive business decision-making and improve key selection metrics.
• Spearhead cross-functional projects, collaborating with Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers.
• Create and execute quarterly and annual strategic plans aligned with product capabilities.
• Build strategic initiatives and drive innovation across offerings, including AI-powered selection predictions.
