As Associate Manager, Medical Education Grants at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the grant management and reporting processes from the execution of the Letter of Agreement (LOA) to the closeout of grants. This position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, educational providers, and Alliance colleagues to ensure that all processes are executed accurately and in a timely manner. You will be responsible for creatively troubleshooting any issues that arise, utilizing both peer support and supervisor guidance to maintain the integrity of the grant management process. In this role, you will serve as an important liaison between Regeneron and the scientific and healthcare community, supporting unbranded and independent education on clinical advances. Your responsibilities will include processing approved Independent Medical Education (IME) grants, ensuring that all activities are implemented as proposed and that contract obligations are fulfilled by grant recipients. You will also be tasked with securing appropriate documentation and maintaining accurate records for audit purposes, fostering compliant partnerships with grant recipients, and serving as a subject matter expert on the grant management process. Additionally, you will collaborate on communications and reports to internal stakeholders and Alliance partners, guided by senior team members. A key aspect of this role is to support a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that best practices are current and evolve as needed in a fast-paced environment. You will need to facilitate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating patience and compassion while upholding a strong work ethic and integrity. This position requires a practical thinker who can distill complex issues and proactively present realistic solutions, as well as someone who is proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be expected to work onsite a minimum of three days a week at our Sleepy Hollow, NY office, as a fully remote option is not available for this position.
