About The Position
The Big Safari Depot Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading a team of 6 personnel in all areas of the warehouse operation including, but not limited to, stocking, storing, issuing, and receiving government materials. The warehouse manager is responsible for directing the daily activities of a diverse team providing logistics support to essential government programs using strong leadership and clear communication. Essential Functions: Must be able to obtain and maintain a government Secret Security Clearance Must have strong written and verbal communication Must have strong leadership skills directing the activities of multiple personnel Must be able to interface with on site government customers Must have strong attention to detail
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and retain a Secret security clearance
- Must be able to drive a forklift
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 6 years prior relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a government Secret Security Clearance
- Must have strong written and verbal communication
- Must have strong leadership skills directing the activities of multiple personnel
- Must be able to interface with on site government customers
- Must have strong attention to detail
