About The Position
The Associate Manager, Internal Communications will develop and execute a strategic internal communications plan that informs, aligns, and engages Wingstop team members across the Wingstop Global Support Center, remote teams, corporate restaurant teams, and international locations. This role ensures clear, compelling, and timely communication that connects team members to Wingstop's culture, vision, and key priorities. Responsibilities include managing internal communication channels, creating impactful messaging for company-wide initiatives, and collaborating with leaders to keep employees informed and engaged. The role also involves creating compelling content across various formats, developing communication plans, managing internal messaging related to organizational updates, and supporting logistics for company-wide meetings.
