About The Position

The Associate Manager of Influencer Marketing at Newell Brands is responsible for supporting influencer marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of iconic brands. This role involves collaborating with the Influencer Marketing team and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and analyze effective campaigns that align with brand goals through strategic partnerships and content creation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, influencer trends, and best practices.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically about influencer partnerships.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms and tools (e.g., AspireIQ, CreatorIQ, etc.).
  • Experience with influencer contract negotiations and budgeting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple brands, from planning and negotiation to execution and post-campaign analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of influencers and content creators, ensuring successful collaborations and ongoing partnerships.
  • Collaborate with influencers to develop compelling content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with audiences, while ensuring compliance with legal and contractual guidelines.
  • Analyze campaign performance data (e.g., engagement, reach, CPM) and provide actionable insights to optimize future influencer partnerships and marketing strategies.
  • Partner with internal brand stakeholders and cross-functional marketing teams to understand brand goals, positioning, and target audiences, ensuring alignment with influencer campaigns and overall marketing strategies.
  • Manage and collaborate with relevant agency partners to ensure relevant projects are executed and reported on efficiently.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new platforms, and emerging influencer talents to ensure the brand stays ahead of the curve in influencer marketing strategies.
