About The Position

As an Associate Manager, you will support Global Supply Chain Manufacturing and Capital Management by owning core financial planning, reporting, and governance activities that drive cost efficiency and disciplined investment decisions. You will act as a finance business partner collaborating closely with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to deliver accurate insights, improve performance, and ensure strong financial controls across a global footprint. You will play an integral role in cost management, capital planning, and forecasting. To be successful in this role, you will need to deliver clear, decision-ready financial information, that supports continuous improvement initiatives and strengthens global processes and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related business field with 5+ years of experience, OR advanced business related degree with 3+ years of experience.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain and Manufacturing Finance Own global manufacturing cost per case reporting and management functionals, partnering with functional owners to drive actionable insights and performance outcomes.
  • Support cost optimization, root‑cause analysis, and operating efficiency initiatives in collaboration with manufacturing and operations teams.
  • Lead financial planning activities for manufacturing management functionals, including quarterly forecasts and the annual planning cycle, ensuring aligned assumptions and timely delivery.
  • Support controls oversight and continuous improvement of manufacturing finance processes.
  • Capital Planning, Forecasting & Management Own the Global Supply Chain capital budget, forecasting, and annual planning cycle, delivering accurate forecasts and clear visibility into capital performance.
  • Partner with Engineering and Operations to support capital prioritization, fixed‑asset strategies, and disciplined investment decision‑making aligned to long-term business objectives.
  • Ensure strong capital governance through compliance with financial policies and controls, while improving transparency and financial understanding across engineering and operations teams.
