The Associate Manager is responsible for most management functions including program oversight, budget, hiring, training, and staffing for the Freedom Springs services staff. The manager oversees advocacy, crisis intervention, support services, and coordination with funding sources. Ensures that their assigned program meets or exceeds program objectives, supervises the provision of high-quality services for program participants, and further ensures on-going compliance with funder requirements and agency policy and procedure. Responsible for the recruitment, training, supervision, performance management and evaluations, and scheduling of staff, volunteers and interns.
